Weekly GroCentre Sessions

It’s Makuru so we are in the planting season. We run weekly sessions at our Ascot nursery to keep all the plants healthy, propagate seeds, maintain the racks and prepare for future plantings. Come along and help out, learn skills and contribute new ones. Get in touch if this sounds like something you’d like to do. No need to commit every week.

2024 Planting Dates

Put these dates in your calendar - it’s time to get our hands dirty and put seedlings in the ground!

If you would like to come along, for each planting date you will find a link to a page where you can book a “ticket”. This is free and purely for our informational purposes, so we know how many people will be coming.

Read more about this in post below. Opportunities will arise to monitor the matting as 1000s of tiny mussels spat begin to grow over the coming months.
